Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the website rentquick.online ("RentQuick", "the service"), provided by Online Thought ApS. By using the service you accept these terms.

RentQuick is a search and aggregation service that collects publicly available rental listings from various sources and presents them in one place. RentQuick is not a landlord, estate agent or a party to any tenancy agreement. We provide access to information about homes, but we do not enter into rental agreements on your behalf.

3. Account and login

Certain features require you to create an account. Login is passwordless, via a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and pricing

Access to full listing details requires a paid subscription. When the service is live, the following applies:

• A 14-day trial period for DKK 29.
• Thereafter a recurring subscription of DKK 299/month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We support MobilePay, debit/credit cards and PayPal, among others. We do not store your full card details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done via your account or by contacting us at onlinethoughtaps@gmail.com.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying digital services under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). In order to give you immediate access to the digital service, we ask for your express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires, and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal then lapses once the service has been fully delivered. If you do not give this consent, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

8. Disclaimer

Listing information comes from third parties, and we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. RentQuick is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect losses and losses caused by circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under Danish consumer law.

9. Intellectual property

The "RentQuick" trademark, design, source code and content belong to Online Thought ApS and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer and wish to complain, please contact us first. You may also file a complaint with the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the version in force is published here with an updated date.
